I created a quick help guide for my team to not only document database processes but assist the customers in a timely manner.
Previous FAQs for the organization had been mailed and weren't available online, so I organized, proofread, and edited all the FAQs and published them online.
The previous website used by ICCM did not have a donor login component. Because of this, I built an online support guide for the customers.
